(SMS and MMS) from ArcaVitalis by Charm Queen Boutique.

ArcaVitalis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from
your use of the services, including carrier-related delays or delivery failures.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of
law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Rusk County, Texas.
